No Response from Zoho Sheet
Well it has been almost 2 weeks since I sent Zoho Sheet Support my spreadsheet and screen shot of the mix up that happened.
Just to recap I mentioned in my post - Google Spreedsheets Verses Zoho Sheet - how I uploaded a simple budget spreadsheet and when I opened it in Zoho Sheet it was a totally different sheet (in another language).
I had gotten an e-mail from a support person at Zoho the same day in response to my post so I thought that they would be responsive to fix the problem.
Well it will have been 2 weeks on Tuesday and still no response to my issue.
Needless to say, I do not use Zoho anymore, I now use Google.
P.S. Spreedsheet is spelled wrong on the tags below on purpose. You would not believe how many people spell it incorrectly like I did in my other post

Profuse aplogies for the delay in responding. Had penned a mail to you but to my horror I see it is still sitting in my Drafts folder!
Actually, we did analyze your budget spreadsheet & it uploaded for us correctly. About it being replaced with some other sheet, we found a bug that mapped your sheet to some other sheet in the demo account. We have corrected it since then & hopefully such a thing shouldn’t happen again. Delete the wrong sheet that you are seeing & upload your sheet once again. You should get it correct this time around. I’ve shared the correct budget spreadsheet separately to your email ID too.
My apologies once again. We continue to make improvements to Zoho Sheet & we strongly believe we’ll win over you soon!
I’ll keep you informed of updates at Zoho.
