Hercules Hooks – The Strength of Hercules in Hooks – $14.88
UPDATE: THIS HERCULES HOOKS SET NOW COMES WITH A FREE LASER LEVEL!
Since I get a lot of traffic on this website for the Hercules Hooks I decided to search the internet to see if they really work.
Hercules Hooks as been tested along with several other As Seen On TV products and has passed with flying colors. KLTV 7 news tried the Hercules Hooks and found that it worked as advertised and was actually pretty easy to use. The full article by KLTV 7 can be see here.
So what would you use the Hercules Hooks for? I know one thing that it would come in handy for – hanging up Christmas decorations up in the house. If all you have to do is take the Hercules Hooks and press it into the wall then putting up decorations would be really quick.
The other thing the Hercules Hooks could be used for would be around the garage. If you garage is like mine it has drywall in it. I don’t know about you but I have a lot of things sitting around on top of my work bench that the Hercules Hook could take care of.
I guess the biggest thing that makes the Hercules Hooks unique is that they are so simple to use. All you have to do is take the hook, press it into your drywall, twist, and it is ready to use.
It doesn’t get much easier then that!
In my search around the internet I tried to find the most reputable company to buy the Hercules Hooks from for the best price. You can get the Hercules Hook and the Free Laser Level at amazon.com for $14.95 which is a deal.
Happy hanging with the Hercules Hooks!

My house is very old (1930s) and has real plaster, i.e., lathe, chickenwire and plaster. Will the Hercules Hooks work in these walls?

I had a house that had plaster before and remember how hard the material of the wall was compared to sheet rock.
I do not think that these would work with that as I cannot imagine having the strength to push one of these through that material. The good thing is that because the plaster is so hard that usually a standard screw will do the trick (that’s what I did). Unfortunately you cannot use screws in sheet rock but that is where the Hercules Hook really shines.
Thanks for stopping by!

An Update:
I found an even better deal that pairs the Hercules Hooks with a Free Laser Level from Amazon.com.
People were visiting my site after searching for Hercules Hooks on the internet but I do not think people felt comfortable buying them from the company that I had found (they were not a household name).
Anyway, Amazon.com is a very reputable company an the Hercules Hooks can be purchased there without any hitches.

[...] I came across something cool tonight on Dan’s blog that will hopefully help me in my goal to unpack and organize. Dan tried Hercules Hooks and can’t stop raving about them, so I’m tempted to try ‘em myself now. Not to mention, Dan found an AWESOME deal on the hooks through Amazon – you get a 20 pack of Hercules Hooks plus a free laser level for only $14.95. Don’t just take Dan’s word for it – his local TV station did a review of the Hercules Hooks and they loved them too. And sheesh, they hold up to 150 lbs each? I wouldn’t have to depend on Jim and his skill with a drill and a stud finder anymore – I could hang shelves and pictures by myself! [...]

[...] Have any of you used these Hercules hooks? It sure seems like they would be easier than trying to pound nails and drive screws. One of my postie pals has researched and found a really good deal on Hercules hooks, but I am just not sure how they would do in my walls. From the comments on his page, I think they would have been perfect in the house we had in Topeka, but since this house is not stick-built, I always worry about things tearing out of the walls. Not that this has happened with hordes of children. Not that, for instance, my set of bag hooks that was hanging in the foyer isn’t now on the floor, waiting to be rehung. Has anyone in a mobile used these? [...]
