I few notes to help you. 1. Keep in mind that it may depend on the CSR that you get. Remember, I had one that hung up on me and another that was helpful. If you get one that you are going nowhere with - HANG UP ON THEM - and call right back. You may need to do this a time or to get someone that will really help you. 2. You must be willing to go all the way. If I did not get what I wanted I would have sent the letters to the Sprint Corporate office, the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney State General. If you are willing to put the work in their is no reason that you cannot get those fees removed. I am glad this helped.
